William M. Anderson, Jr.
As President of Mary Washington College, Dr. William M. Anderson, Jr. played a vital role in the evolutionary process that created one of the nation’s finest intercollegiate athletic programs. Through his extraordinary vision and support, the Battleground Athletic complex was completed, and MWC more than doubled the number of intercollegiate teams for men and women.
