Eric Guyton '99

One of the top players in baseball program history, Eric starred on the diamond for the Eagles in four seasons before playing three seasons in the New York Mets organization. At the time of induction, he still ranks as the school’s season and career home run record holder. He batted .479 in 1998, leading the Eagles to their second straight NCAA Tournament while gaining CAC Player of the Year honors. For his career, he batted .382 with 169 hits, 110 RBI, stole 38 bases, and walked 93 times against just 51 strikeouts. For a time he held the NCAA record by reaching base in 11 consecutive at bats.
