Ellen Anderson Bratrud '01

The all-time leading goal scorer in women’s soccer program history, Ellen led Mary Washington to two of its best seasons ever in 1997 and 1998, as the team advanced to back-to-back NCAA Quarterfinals appearances. The 1999 and 2000 Capital Athletic Conference Player of the Year, Anderson gained All-America honors in 1999, and finished her brilliant career with 47 goals, 31 assists, and 125 total points, still ranking first in career goals at the time of her induction.
