The third-leading scorer in school history with 1,477 points, Caulfield led Mary Washington to its first-ever NCAA Tournament win in 1998. She gained All-America honors in 2000 after coming back from a major knee injury, and ranks as the school's all-time leader in free throws in a game and season. She collected 664 career rebounds, and gained All-CAC honors in each of her four years. She was named to the CAC's silver anniversary team for women's basketball, recognizing the 25 top players in conference history, in 2015.
