The University of Mary Washington is asking alumni, parents, faculty, staff, students and friends to go "All In" for its third annual giving day on Tuesday, March 19, with an overall goal of 3,500 gifts.
After raising more than $100,000 from 800 gifts during last year's giving day, UMW Athletics and the Eagle Club have set 2019's ambitious goal at 1,000 gifts.
Donors may designate their gift to Friends of Athletics, which supports all 600+ student-athletes, to a specific sport program, or split their gift among several programs. Each gift will be tracked on dynamic leaderboards on the site, providing real-time updates on progress toward the participation goal.

One of the most exciting components of MWGD are the challenges and matches funded by generous donors that are "unlocked" throughout the day, multiplying the impact of each gift.
