University of Mary Washington Director of Athletics Ken Tyler recently spoke at the Fredericksburg Region Chamber of Commerce Business Leadership Roundtable at the Hyatt Place.

Tyler spoke about mentors, leadership, and working toward a common goal. The roundtable featured Tyler's lecture, as well as a question and answer period.

Tyler is beginning his fifth year at Mary Washington, having brought the Eagles a Capital Athletic Conference All-Sports award, seeing the field hockey team advance to a Final Four, and nearly every other team advance to NCAA Tournament action.
